Shipping and Returns
Most products are shipped within 1 day of ordering. Some orders can take 48 hours depending on the backlog of our fulfillment warehouse. We will notify you throughout this period and send you a tracking number and a link once your order has been shipped. Please note that we do not allow shipment to PO Boxes. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, parcels often get lost if delivered not to the physical address. Secondly, our shipping partners do not always support such delivery. Please use physical address for shipping.

Enjoy free shipping for orders of $60 or more after applicable discounts. Qualifying U.S. orders shipping free will be sent via Fedex.

Returns and Exchanges
100% customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority, You can get your money back if you return the item unworn, inside original packaging within 40 days of delivery. You can also replace it with another product or size of the same value.
How to return products?
Fill a return form
Items should be returned in the original packaging and sellable condition; i.e unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with the labeling in the package. Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide a tracking number.
“Items on sale” are non-returnable with exception of defective or damaged items.
All returns must be pre-approved and require a return authorization (RA) number to qualify for a refund.

Upon receiving your return, we will immediately process your exchange or refund request. Original shipping charges, return costs or charges to ship exchanged item(s) will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our mistake. Returns may take up to 2 weeks to be received and processed after the product has been delivered to our warehouse. In case of returns, Rockay is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for shipping.
We do ship worldwide. However, we do not take responsibility for import duties and taxes; these are the recipient’s responsibility and we will suggest you check with your countries customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
International order take 3-21 business days for delivery depending on the delivery service you choose.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, import duties, taxes or fees if applicable and the cost of returning the item(s). We will deduct this amount from your refund.
Rockay is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect or undeliverable address. Please check the delivery address closely before placing your orders.
Rockay is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the couriers, weather or other events out of our control.
